Membership Tiers

CI-ISAC membership is tiered to reflect the relevant sizes of entities, with special membership tiers in place for SMBs, NFPs and charities to enable them to also benefit from Collective Defence, while taking into account their limited resources.

Private Sector

Tiers are based on the higher value of member's employees or revenue/budget.

Tier 1 10,000+ > A$500m A$30,000
Tier 2 3,500-10,000 < A$500m A$20,000
Tier 3 1,000-3,500 < A$250m A$15,000
Tier 4 200-1,000 < A$50m A$5,000

Public Sector

Membership tiers are based on the higher value of a member's population or annual budget.

Tier 1 > 500k > A$750M A$30,000
Tier 2 250k - 500k < A$750M A$20,000
Tier 3 100k-250k < A$250M A$15,000
Tier 4 20-100k < A$100m A$5,000

SMBs / Charities / Not-for-Profits

Entities with < 200 employees and < A$25m in revenue. NFPs/Charities are capped at Tier 1 (A$1,000) unless their revenue exceeds A$100m/yr.

Managed Service Providers / Managed Security Service Providers

Membership tiers are based on the higher value of employees or annual revenue.

CI-ISAC leverages membership fees to promote the collective uplift of all critical infrastructure defences, and as such members of all tiers gain access to the same core services and capabilities
